Patient Accounts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately bill patient accounts and ensure timely submission and reimbursement
• Resolve billing issues and maintain proper account documentation
• Communicate with payers and patients to address inquiries and follow up on accounts

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Completion of Orlando Health team member development within 6 months of hire
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in revenue cycle
