Patient Accounts Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a team focused on accounts receivable, the full-time Patient Accounts Supervisor will manage escalations, generate reports, and ensure operational effectiveness while working remotely with occasional in-person meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manages team members, including onboarding, training, and performance evaluations, to meet departmental operational goals
• Develops and adheres to departmental budgets, responding to business changes affecting budget goals
• Ensures resolution of complex insurance and customer service-related issues while maintaining productivity and quality standards

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in patient accounts
• No prior supervisory experience required
