Patient Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

Motivated and personable, the remote Patient Acquisition Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective patients, guiding them through the scheduling process and addressing their questions while working towards booking targets.

Key responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new clients seeking mental health support, helping them feel comfortable moving forward
• Guide clients through the booking process, addressing questions about availability, insurance, and next steps
• Proactively follow up with referral patients using various communication methods to keep the scheduling process moving

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, mental health, call centers, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple systems and conversations simultaneously
• Familiarity with HIPAA and respect for patient privacy
• Availability to work weekends when needed
