Patient Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary

To support clients seeking mental health care, the remote Patient Acquisition Specialist will be the first point of contact, guiding new clients through the scheduling process, answering questions, and encouraging them to take the next step toward their appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the initial contact for new clients, helping them feel comfortable and informed about the booking process
• Manage scheduling, cancellations, and follow-ups to ensure patients remain connected to their care
• Communicate empathetically and professionally with clients via phone, text, and email, while working towards booking targets

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish is required
• 1 to 2 years of experience in scheduling, healthcare, mental health, or a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong respect for patient privacy
• Experience with scheduling or support tools such as Zendesk is helpful
• Ability to work weekends when needed
