Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocacy Specialist I to assist patients with their medical claim needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding healthcare inquiries and concerns

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or patient advocacy preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and medical terminology
  • Proficiency with call center software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual skills preferred, such as fluency in English and Spanish
