Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate, Remote 1099.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Medicare patients, building trusting relationships
  • Support care coordination, including appointment scheduling and connecting patients to community resources
  • Document all patient interactions and maintain communication with supervising clinicians for ongoing evaluation
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in patient advocacy, care coordination, or healthcare navigation
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare system, particularly Medicare
  • Experience working with older adults or medically complex populations
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated competencies in service coordination and patient advocacy
