Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services by reviewing test request forms and ensuring accurate documentation
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance benefits and testing information
• Collaborate with various departments to manage orders and improve service quality

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Preference for applicants with higher net typing speed
• PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, Internet, and email
