Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative I to deliver customer service in a call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing and billing of services
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction and troubleshoot concerns
Required Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts may be required
