Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Representative I to deliver customer service in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtain and process authorizations for patient reorders
  • Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate processing and billing of services
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to ensure patient satisfaction and troubleshoot concerns
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding skills
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts may be required
