Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Screen patients for eligibility of State and Federal programs
Assist patients with applications for assistance programs
Follow-up with patients until benefits are secured or approved

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required
Prefer previous customer service/call center experience
Prefer previous experience with medical coding or billing
Proficient PC knowledge and typing speed of 30-40 wpm
Excellent organization skills
