Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen patients for eligibility of State and Federal programs
  • Assist patients with applications for appropriate assistance programs
  • Maintain positive relationships with patients and follow up on applications

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prefer previous customer service/call center experience
  • Prefer previous experience with medical coding or billing
  • Proficient PC knowledge and ability to type 30-40 wpm
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize tasks
