Job Summary
To support the patient journey, the full-time Patient Advocate Triage I will efficiently process and analyze cases while maintaining confidentiality in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Process and release a high volume of cases in a fast-paced setting
- Analyze received documents to ensure cohesive coverage determination
- Provide up-to-date information to Patient Advocate teams and complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute (WPM)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
