Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Triage I (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Process and release a high volume of cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Analyze received documents to determine how they work together for coverage
- Support Patient Advocate teams with current information and complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
- Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
- Capability to analyze details and case completeness effectively
