Job Summary

To support the patient journey, the part-time Patient Advocate Triage I will process and analyze cases efficiently while ensuring compliance with CLIA and HIPAA regulations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Process and release a high volume of cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze received documents to determine their cohesiveness for securing coverage
  • Provide up-to-date information to Patient Advocate teams while completing routine tasks with minimal supervision
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Typing skills of at least 35 words per minute (WPM)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
