Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services for patients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of test requests
• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers regarding insurance coverage and test information
• Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and participate in quality assurance initiatives

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and email
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
