Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage benefits and testing information
• Manage assigned work independently while collaborating across departments to ensure prompt handling of orders

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, with at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Experience with PC applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Preference for candidates with a higher net typing speed
