Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and test information
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient handling of orders and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Experience with PC applications, including Excel and Word
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
• Preference for applicants with higher typing speeds
