Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote) with call center experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring timely testing
  • Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and test information
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage orders and improve service quality
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and email
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
  • Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
