Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Advocate - Hereditary Cancer (Remote) with call center experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services for patients by reviewing documentation and ensuring timely testing
- Communicate with patients regarding insurance coverage and test information
- Collaborate with various departments to manage orders and improve service quality
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; at least 1 year of relevant experience or an associate/bachelor's degree
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- PC experience, including familiarity with Excel, Word, and email
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
- Hardworking individual who enjoys teamwork and supporting others
