Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Patient Advocate - Utah Licensed will manage complex inbound and outbound inquiries, coordinate testing services for patients, and collaborate with healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate testing services by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
  • Communicate with patients about insurance coverage benefits and testing processes
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure timely handling of orders and billing processes
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or higher education preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel and Word
  • Strong organizational and task management skills
