Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Patient Advocate - Utah Licensed will manage complex inbound and outbound inquiries, coordinate testing services for patients, and collaborate with healthcare providers while ensuring compliance with regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate testing services by reviewing documentation and working with healthcare providers
- Communicate with patients about insurance coverage benefits and testing processes
- Collaborate across departments to ensure timely handling of orders and billing processes
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience or higher education preferred
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Experience in a call center environment is preferred
- Proficiency in PC applications, including Excel and Word
- Strong organizational and task management skills
