Patient Ambassador - Medical Scheduler
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Ambassador - Medical Scheduler for a full-time remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information
- Coordinate scheduling activities for the nursing department
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Required Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare scheduling experience
- Home infusion experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
- CPR Plus application experience is a plus
- High School Diploma
