Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Ambassador / Scheduler who must be bilingual and located in the Pacific Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive medication referrals and collect insurance information
  • Contact referral sources and prescriber's offices for additional information
  • Coordinate scheduling activities for the nursing department and ensure accurate maintenance of schedules

Required Qualifications:
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Prior healthcare scheduling experience
  • Home infusion experience is a plus
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • High School Diploma
