A company is looking for a Patient Appointment Scheduler with a remote work option available.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming referrals and schedule appointments for a clinical department
• Navigate multiple systems to schedule appointments and ensure patients are informed of their options
• Engage patients in the scheduling process and manage referrals in the referral work queue

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
• Five years of customer service experience in a multi-tasking environment or a bachelor's degree
• Call center experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and manage difficult situations
• Strong keyboarding and computer skills
