Job Summary

Supporting patients in managing out-of-pocket healthcare expenses, the full-time Patient Assistance Coordinator will work remotely to assist with enrollment in copay and foundation assistance programs, prepare necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines.

Key responsibilities
  • Educate and assist patients with enrollment in copay and foundation assistance programs
  • Prepare and send enrollment forms and related correspondence for patient assistance programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely benefit navigation
Required qualifications
  • At least 2 years of home infusion specialty pharmacy experience required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement guidelines
  • Basic level skill in Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
