Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Benefit Representative, responsible for insurance and benefit analysis prior to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate insurance and benefit analysis for patient appointments and admissions
• Obtain information related to out-of-pocket financial responsibilities and secure necessary authorizations
• Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely reimbursement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma required; some college preferred
• Experience with medical terminology and insurance plans preferred
• Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks
• Strong organizational skills
