Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Benefits Advisor 2 (H) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Greets individuals with a warm, professional greeting and assists with scheduling patient appointments
• Coordinates with departments on inquiries regarding account status, pre-certification, eligibility, and financial estimates
• Ensures prior authorizations are obtained, patient information is secure, and updates patient accounts with correct insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience, and/or certifications may be considered
