Job Summary

Ensuring patients have adequate insurance coverage, the full-time Patient Benefits Advisor will manage appointment scheduling, assist with account inquiries, and obtain necessary prior authorizations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Greet patients warmly and professionally, both in-person and over the phone
  • Coordinate with scheduling departments to arrange patient appointments and obtain prior authorizations
  • Update patient accounts with accurate insurance information and submit referral documentation promptly
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
