Key Responsibilities

• Answer over 80 inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience required
• Previous experience in medical billing, customer service, or call center preferred
• Experience in a high-volume call environment with multiple computer windows preferred
• Previous interaction with patients regarding medical information preferred
