Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support Representative for Patient Billing (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
• Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
• Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while maintaining performance goals

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of work experience
• Experience in a call center environment is preferred
• Experience in medical billing, customer service, or insurance claims is preferred
• Proficiency in navigating multiple computer screens and applications
