Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Billing Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
- Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
- Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service work experience
- 1 year of call center work experience (preferred)
- 1 year of experience in medical billing, patient billing, or insurance claims (preferred)
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
