Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Billing Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer 80+ inbound calls daily from patients, doctor's offices, and insurance carriers
  • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances
  • Utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of customer service work experience
  • 1 year of call center work experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in medical billing, patient billing, or insurance claims (preferred)
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
