Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Responsible Representative - Billing Call Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming patient billing calls and resolve inquiries
  • Manage collection accounts and establish payment plans for self-pay patients
  • Communicate with insurance companies and process refund requests
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare billing office or customer service/call center environment
  • Knowledge of ICD9-10 and CPT coding
  • Ability to operate standard office machines and basic computer applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
