Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Responsible Representative - Billing Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming patient billing calls and resolve inquiries
- Manage collection accounts and establish payment plans for self-pay patients
- Communicate with insurance companies and process refund requests
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Two years of experience in a healthcare billing office or customer service/call center environment
- Knowledge of ICD9-10 and CPT coding
- Ability to operate standard office machines and basic computer applications
- Reliable high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi connection required
