Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Billing Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve patient inbound and outbound calls involving various issues
• Determine patient's financial responsibility and collect outstanding balances
• Maintain patient confidentiality and data integrity in accordance with HIPAA and company policies

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a call center environment
• Good computer skills
