Patient Billing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Billing Specialist to join their Revenue Cycle team.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact patients regarding outstanding balances and assist with billing-related questions
• Manage delinquent account lists and communicate past-due or discharge notices as needed
• Work with third-party collection agencies to resolve inquiries and manage patient accounts

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in medical billing, collections, or healthcare revenue cycle management
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems preferred
• Familiarity with working alongside collection agencies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
