Patient Billing Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Billing Supervisor to oversee teams involved with patient balances and financial inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Pre-Collection and Patient Accounting teams, providing leadership support and performance feedback
• Ensure compliance with medical collection practices and oversee the Pre-Collection process for patient responsibility estimates
• Coordinate collection agency efforts and address patient complaints while monitoring call volumes and employee schedules

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Healthcare Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of collections experience
• At least two (2+) years of managerial or supervisory experience
• Experience dealing with Collection Agencies
