Patient Call Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative, Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with patients through inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries
• Provide one call resolution for patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups
• Verify insurance, take payments, and review accounts for adjustments or refunds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service experience preferred
• A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
