Patient Call Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries
• Provide one call resolution to patient inquiries and perform timely follow-up
• Verify insurance and update demographic information while ensuring defined metrics are met

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service experience preferred
• A/R, billing, insurance verification or customer service experience preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
