Patient Call Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with patients via inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries and payments
• Provide one-call resolution to patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups on escalated issues
• Verify insurance, update demographic information, and ensure accurate account adjustments and refunds

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service experience is required
• A/R, billing, insurance verification or customer service experience is required
• Healthcare experience is required
• Bilingual preferred
