Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with patients via inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries and payments
- Provide one-call resolution to patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups on escalated issues
- Verify insurance, update demographic information, and ensure accurate account adjustments and refunds
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience is required
- A/R, billing, insurance verification or customer service experience is required
- Healthcare experience is required
- Bilingual preferred
