Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing assistance and resolving inquiries
• Achieve one call resolution and perform timely follow-ups on escalated issues
• Process payments, verify insurance, and update patient demographic information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service experience preferred
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Bilingual preferred
