Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients to address inquiries and provide support
  • Achieve one call resolution when possible and follow up on escalated inquiries
  • Process payments, verify insurance, and provide patient education on Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, customer service, or call center role
  • Experience with revenue cycle preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
