Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Call Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients to address inquiries and provide support
- Achieve one call resolution when possible and follow up on escalated inquiries
- Process payments, verify insurance, and provide patient education on Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office, customer service, or call center role
- Experience with revenue cycle preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
