Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interface with patients via inbound and outbound calls to assist with inquiries
  • Provide one call resolution to patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups as needed
  • Take payments, verify insurance, and ensure accurate account adjustments and refunds


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service experience is required
  • A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience is required
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Bilingual preferred
