Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients to assist with inquiries
- Provide one-call resolution for patient inquiries and follow up on escalated issues
- Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits and verify insurance information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong call center customer service experience is required
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification is required
- Healthcare experience is required
- Bilingual preferred
