Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients to assist with inquiries
  • Provide one-call resolution for patient inquiries and follow up on escalated issues
  • Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits and verify insurance information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong call center customer service experience is required
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification is required
  • Healthcare experience is required
  • Bilingual preferred
