Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries
  • Provide one call resolution and follow up on escalated inquiries
  • Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits and verify insurance information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service experience is required
  • Call center experience is required
  • A/R, billing, insurance verification, or healthcare experience is required
  • Bilingual preferred
