Patient Call Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Patient Call Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with inquiries and payment collection
• Provide one call resolution for patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups as needed
• Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and verify insurance information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong customer service experience is required
• Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification is required
• Healthcare experience is required
• Bilingual preferred
