Job Summary

Patient Call Representative, a full-time position responsible for assisting patients with inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, collecting payments, and providing education on billing matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing one call resolution when possible
  • Follow up on patient inquiries and voicemails within 24 hours
  • Verify insurance and update patient demographic information
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service experience is required
  • A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience is required
  • Healthcare experience is required
