Job Summary
Patient Call Representative, a full-time position responsible for assisting patients with inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, collecting payments, and providing education on billing matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing one call resolution when possible
- Follow up on patient inquiries and voicemails within 24 hours
- Verify insurance and update patient demographic information
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience is required
- A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience is required
- Healthcare experience is required
