Job Summary
To support patient inquiries and enhance service delivery, the full-time Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment processing, and ensure timely follow-up on patient issues in a customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, providing one-call resolution whenever possible
- Follow up on inquiries requiring escalation and ensure all patient voicemails are addressed within 24 hours
- Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and verify insurance and demographic information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
