Job Summary

To support patient inquiries and enhance service delivery, the full-time Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment processing, and ensure timely follow-up on patient issues in a customer-focused environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound patient calls, providing one-call resolution whenever possible
  • Follow up on inquiries requiring escalation and ensure all patient voicemails are addressed within 24 hours
  • Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and verify insurance and demographic information
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong customer service experience preferred
  • Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or insurance verification preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Bilingual preferred
