Job Summary
Providing exceptional support, the full-time Associate Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound patient calls, assist with inquiries, process payments, and ensure timely follow-up on issues in a customer-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, providing one-call resolution whenever possible
- Follow up on patient inquiries requiring escalation and respond to voicemails within 24 hours
- Educate patients on their Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and verify insurance and demographic information
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong customer service experience preferred
- A/R, billing, insurance verification, or customer service experience preferred
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
