Job Summary
To support patient inquiries, the full-time Associate Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment collection, and provide patient education regarding their accounts.
Key responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from patients and make outbound calls to address inquiries
- Provide one-call resolution for patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups on escalated issues
- Verify insurance, update demographic information, and assist patients with payments and documentation requests
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office, customer service, or call center role
- Experience with revenue cycle preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
