Job Summary

To support patient inquiries, the full-time Associate Patient Call Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with payment collection, and provide patient education regarding their accounts.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from patients and make outbound calls to address inquiries
  • Provide one-call resolution for patient inquiries and perform timely follow-ups on escalated issues
  • Verify insurance, update demographic information, and assist patients with payments and documentation requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a medical office, customer service, or call center role
  • Experience with revenue cycle preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45 words per minute
