Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time Patient Care Advocate will provide excellent customer service by answering patient questions, troubleshooting concerns, and tracking care journeys in a remote setting with required weekend hours.

Key responsibilities
  • Answering patient questions related to treatment, logistics, and next steps
  • Troubleshooting patient concerns related to shipping, refunds, scheduling, and care coordination
  • Maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR while adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards
Required qualifications
  • Healthcare background (MA, PCA, CNA, or similar clinical or patient-facing role) with 1+ years of experience in abortion care
  • Comfort working across both in-clinic and remote environments
  • Strong triage skills and the ability to make sound decisions in real time
  • Experience providing trauma-informed care and delivering clear, empathetic guidance to patients
  • Skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients
