Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to patients on device use and adherence
• Monitor patient adherence and usage data, coordinating follow-ups and troubleshooting as needed
• Document patient interactions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• One year of work-related experience in healthcare or customer service
• Experience with health care administrative tasks, billing, or insurance services
• Knowledge of chronic conditions and associated therapies preferred
• Familiarity with EMR systems and digital tools
