Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients via phone, email, and fax regarding medical services/products
  • Arrange timely medical services/products for patients and monitor treatment status
  • Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and document all interactions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer or patient service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a group setting
