Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to provide customer service assistance for medical services to workers' compensation patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients via phone, email, and fax regarding medical services/products
• Arrange timely medical services/products for patients and monitor treatment status
• Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and document all interactions

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer or patient service experience preferred
