Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients via phone, email, and fax regarding medical services/products
- Arrange timely medical services/products for patients and monitor treatment status
- Follow up with patients to ensure their needs are met and document all interactions
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer or patient service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a group setting
- Proficient in computer and small office programs
- Ability to interact with diverse populations
