Key Responsibilities
  • Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and timely
  • Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
  • Participate in performance improvement processes and training programs
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
  • Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service background
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
