Key Responsibilities
- Answer new referral intake and refill calls professionally and timely
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist in co-pay collections
- Participate in performance improvement processes and training programs
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Active Pharmacy Tech certification preferred but not required
- Previous pharmacy experience and strong customer service background
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
