Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator - National Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage requests for services from members and providers, including follow-ups on referrals and prior authorizations
• Assist clinical staff with coordinating care needs and handle inquiries from members and providers
• Provide administrative support to nursing staff and maintain confidentiality of member information

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical field
• Experience with computers and knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
