Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator - National Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage requests for services from members and providers, including follow-ups on referrals and prior authorizations
- Assist clinical staff with coordinating care needs and handle inquiries from members and providers
- Provide administrative support to nursing staff and maintain confidentiality of member information
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office or medical field
- Experience with computers and knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to work full-time with flexible scheduling during business hours
